Stripe purchase information

Stripe processes payments for Make A Brief. When you purchase a brief or bundle, Stripe may provide us with limited information associated with the transaction, including the email address associated with the purchase, purchase details, and payment status.

We may associate this information with the applicable Make A Brief purchase and credit record.

We use purchase-related information to:

Process and confirm purchases
Associate purchases with purchased brief credits

A Stripe purchase email is used for these service-related and administrative purposes. We do not use a Stripe purchase email for marketing unless you separately opt in or otherwise authorize marketing where required by applicable law.

Full payment-card numbers and security codes are handled by Stripe. Make A Brief does not store full payment-card numbers.

Make A Brief uses third-party artificial intelligence service providers, including Anthropic, to process content submitted by users and generate outputs.

Depending on the feature being used, content submitted to Make A Brief may be processed by these service providers in order to provide the requested brief or related output.

We use AI technologies as part of providing the Services. AI-generated results may contain errors or inaccuracies, and users should review generated content before relying on it.

Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless necessary for their intended use of the Services.

7. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our service providers may process information on servers located in the United States or other countries.
